This past year has been interesting to say the least, health wise. In Janurary I was really sick with what I thought was the flu. It all started when I went to go to the dog house to put the dogs to bed, when I started having severe chills. I was so cold I could not get warm. I was running a fever. I felt absolutely terrible. I was so sick I couldn't go to the Topeka Kennel Club Awards night. The flu can last for a few days so I didn't think too much of it. My temperature peaked out at 104 degrees. I couldn't beathe and was using breathing treatments a time or two. I was either cold or drenched with sweat. Unbenown to me I had a hugh bladder infection and possibly a touch of pneumonia. Harry had to take me to immediate care in Topeka, where it was interesting to have Brian VanMeter was on as PA. Haven't seen Brian in 20 years. Because it was after 8 pm the clinic was unable to do lab work or do an Xray. I was given an injection of Rocephin and sent home with a perscription of Cephalexin. I...
